Virtual 7th Floor

This is an idea from last year, I've been too busy to get it finished but hopefully will do some more work on it over the next few weeks[probably months] and here is a bit of a sneak preview.
As you can see, I took a floor plan from the College website and started to build it up in Google SketchUp. The finished raised plan was then put into Unity3D Free where it will be given lighting and a first person controller.

We won't however be shooting anyone here folks but there will be a game to play.

I have a [virtual] dream, well hopefully this will be a place of [relatively sensible] discussion. Somewhere to post some thoughts worth sharing in the hope someone will actually read it.
After finding out that Word 2010 doesn't like Blogger, I tried WordPress and as you can see it does seem to work, and the images too!
So, posting directly to an outside blog from Word is something we will be integrating into class from this point forward
You heard and saw it here first folks.
Edit: I’ve found since that Windows Live Writer does work in college, and with all the normal features. So I moved this blog away from Wordpress (sorry, Wordpress) to Blogger where all my others are.
